Dear Staff of CTR:
I feel good work and craftsmanship should be commended, and so I praise the professionalism, diligence and quality of service CTR has given me in repairing and restoring my cabin in Donnelly, Id. Doug Eaton and his crew at Lake Fork, Id performed superbly, respecting my wishes and I have to say that the cabin looks better now than before the water damage. I should also thank USAA insurance company for linking me up with such a quality company. Again, my hat goes off to CTR and thank your mitigating a difficult time for me and my family. In this world there is a preponderance of businesses aligned with greed and shoddy work - and I have to say CTR is not one of them.

We had a small leak in the bathroom and were concerned about the damage it might have caused. I called CTR to come check it out. The general manager Todd came. I was worried about a big expensive estimate and being taken advantage of, but Todd was very honest, informative, helpful, and said we could proceed with putting everything back together ourselves. I was amazed at his integrity and would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you CTR.

I wanted to let you know that I was very impressed by John and Payton yesterday. I think of all the teams you've sent out for different fixes that these two men are outstanding. They both had a positive "can-do" attitude and obviously have CTR's best interests and reputation at the forefront of their work.
Yesterday I showed them a spot in our roof that had no snow. John recognized that there may be a problem and he willingly went into our attic through a very small crawl space. Even though things looked okay from the crawl space, he went to investigate the section in question even though a support beam made getting into that area very difficult. I very much appreciate the fortitude demonstrated by both men to get the insulation problem fixed.
My hope is that CTR will recognize their dedication to building a good reputation for the company.
By the way, I found out later that Payton is your son. He is definitely a credit to you and your wife.

Kudos to Todd Newell for his attentiveness and great project management. We owe him a debt of gratitude.
I precipitated a cleanup disaster last fall by forgetting that I'd turned the water on in the laundry room sink. Your Company took such good care of us, and I feel compelled to tell you how pleased we are with the work that was done and with the professional manner in which it was done. To the person, every- one involved was courteous, considerate, and pleasant. Each man performed his job well. In this day and age, that's a rare and wonderful thing!
Please thank Todd Newell for his attentiveness and great project management. We owe him a debt of gratitude. The other employees (or past employees) that deserve recognition are Todd Heist, Alan Degen, Jason, Rich, Chase, Beau, Sergio and Matt. BAM! CTR was there to help... Never been so impressed! CTR took care of everything, all I did was make a phone call to my agent and BAM
it was taken care of. CTR left my yard cleaner than it has never been. Prompt service and extremely friendly.
Hasnt stopped talking about how great CTR did to everyone! CTR knows customer service 100%.
